A Marine Sergeant drowned in a swim in late July, the fifth such incident in the U.S. Navy this year, Fox News reported Monday. On the morning of July 31, local time, Andre Armstrong, 27, and four other people agreed to go swimming in the okumuji river near Mecon after physical training.
