Accenture research: only 12% of Chinese enterprises have established flexible supply chain

research shows that between 2017 and 2019, the average investment of Chinese enterprises interviewed is 180 million US dollars to transform the supply chain. However, only a small number of leading enterprises can obtain satisfactory return on investment. The average revenue of leading enterprises has increased by 11%, while that of other enterprises has decreased by 4%. In addition, the contribution of flexible supply chain to the revenue of leading enterprises is 4.3 times of that of other enterprises.
